FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
You can add as many Xero organizations as you want, assign each one a price plan, or start a free 30-day trial. When you add an organization and sign up for a price plan, you become the organization’s subscriber. When you subscribe to more than one Business Edition organization, Xero offers a discount for numerous organizations. The organizations must use the same subscriber email address to qualify for the discount. When you use the same email address and the organization utilize the same Xero country edition, the discount is immediately applied. If a company utilizes a different national edition, contact Xero support so that the discount can be applied manually. If a subscription has both Australian and UK businesses, for example, they must contact Xero support to apply the discount.
Your invoice will arrive at the end of your monthly billing cycle. Payment will be taken on the invoice date using the payment information you provided when you purchased your subscription. If you have a chargeable direct bank feed or have incurred use costs for Xero Payroll, Xero Projects, or Xero Expenses, these charges will be invoiced for the preceding month.
